Co-owner and Chef Gary Wilson began his career about 30 years ago after graduating from Culinary Arts School in Las Vegas, Nevada. Gary worked at some of Nevada's top hotels, including Union Plaza and John Asquaga's Nugget.
Gary's love of great Mexican food was the motivating factor that drove him to seek employment in a small family-owned Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas. After fine-tuning his culinary skills, he was inspired to go into business for himself. Armed with recipes, he and his family relocated with the determination to establish a sensational Mexican restaurant right here in the Triple Cities.
The Wilson family knew from the start that the key to success was consistency and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Over the years, they have created new recipes such as the Pepper Kickin' House Dressing and a variety of chicken wings for an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you wanting more. Of course, we still serve our house favorites including Green Chile Burritos, our Chiles Rellenos, and our delectable Albóndiga Soup.
